Re: Looking for some C&C on my new project

It looks great Adam. Maybe as Stn said, add a couple of larger bushes in there, maybe even group them together in sections. Could always put some large rocks randomly around also to add something to the look.

Re: Architect problem

Thanks guys, I will have a look at them when I get there. I have completed nine full holes and should have the final nine finished in the next few days. I am saving the file one hole at a time, so I will see how it all goes when I get to the 13th. It could possibly be due to terrain work in the area...

Re: Architect problem

Hi Steve, I have had a look at this and it is named an arch file and it is to open with PGA golf. Not sure what is going on. I have managed to continue, and have fully completed the first hole, and am going to work on each hole from there, with plantings, optimizing and such. I will complete each ho...

Re: Architect problem

I may have found a solution, and will see how it goes. I decided to uninstall the whole game and reinstall. I also deleted all swap files that could have caused a problem. I still can't open the other files that I had worked a little bit on, but they may be corupt. I then opened the file which does ...

Re: Dismal Hollow GC by Spencer Turner [New Course]

Nice course Spencer. Some really tough holes, especially with some of the target style greens. The fairways are narrow but fair, and you really need to play straight to hit them. I liked the textures together, they worked well. The layout was well worked. I didn't notice the pano that much and it di...

Architect problem

Hi Guys, I'm hoping someone out there can help me with a problem with the architect. I have my latest course up to a stage where I have most of the holes completed, and am finishing off planting and bunkering. I have different save files of the course but am running into a problem now whenever I wor...

Re: Links Course at Hatteras Isle by Terry Grayson [New Cour

Hi Terry, A very nice course. Blending on it all was great and looked very effective. I found the back nine to be easier than the front nine, with most holes making you think before trying for a couple of shots. Some great risk/reward holes built in to it. The overall look was pleasing to the eye. T...

Re: Change of direction

Looks great Adam. Some nice blending around the the fairways and tee boxes. Textures all look great together. Looks like it should be a good one.

I don't know the area, and can't comment on planting, but they look great otherwise.

Re: New course I'm working on

The 4th hole. A short Par 3 perched near a ravine. I have 8 holes completed now. I haven't done much on it in the last week.

Re: Bali Shandra by Indy Anna Jones [New Course]

Fianlly installed this course and played a round on it. Great work Indy. I really like the way the textures and plantings work together on this course. They all come together well for a very pleasing look. I also liked the elevation work throughout the course. Really well done. Plenty of variation i...
