Just a couple of things.
First, it's a tropical mountain valley course, not oceanside.
Second. The green texture (Oceanside) is a fast texture, so bump the speed up one level accordingly. Moist=normal; dry=very dry; VD=linoleum and is virtually unplayable.)

Enjoy!

Dar classifies the course type. Not sure what different categories he has, otherwise I'd change it.

Not a biggy Brian. I just didn't want someone playing it thinking "hey, where the heck is the ocean?" I did use Oceanside as the main texture though because I like it's lush look.

I was able to have a look at this golf course and saw that there is no review yet so I thought, I should wright a few words.

First I would like to say thank you very much Judy (Indy) for another wonderful golf course.

It is one more design from Judy, where I was very impressed from all the detail work and the planting. The textures fit very well together and the colors
from the flowers, trees, palms...are looking very nice. I also liked the water texture and the pano.
Everything fits very well together.
The layout is a good mixture with well designed and good looking elevations on the golfcourse. On some holes you ll have diffrent ways to
play it (save - some call it smart - or take a risc). That makes it challanging and intresting.
Like Judy said, the green texture is fast. The pin placement I had on my round were fair. You always have to be careful and you canĀ“t force it, but if you are patient and you are putting well you ll have a chance for a good score. I like it that way.

Once again very well done and thanks a lot for that great course.

Boris

Thanks Indy for uploading this course. I agree with what has been posted above - only to add that subtle challenges are exactly what I like in a course I am playing. The only negative I have, and this is a matter of taste mind you, is that flowers seem to be growing everywhere on this course and some in places I wouldn't expect to find them. Now, my girls love this and they are becoming fans of Judy's courses - but me, I guess the fact that I'm a guy leaves me with the Charlie Brown word Blech  No matter, I would certainly encourage a download - we're keeping it :)

Fianlly installed this course and played a round on it.

Great work Indy. I really like the way the textures and plantings work together on this course. They all come together well for a very pleasing look. I also liked the elevation work throughout the course. Really well done.

Plenty of variation in the holes from doglegs to straight, uphill, downhill, pretty much everything.

Thanks again Indy for another great course.

Craig

Thanks for your comments guys. It was a long time in coming. I've tried several times to make a tropical course and usually tossed it out somewhere around the 6th hole. As my course notes said I was inspired by the real Bali Handara. (I tried to add a pic but it's too small to see any detail.) I tried to do the actual course but could never find enough info or pictures so I settled on trying to capture its spirit.

Sand, I'll admit I do love a lot of flowers and colorful plantings and may have a tendency to go overboard at times. Here I tried to keep the flowers and colorful shrubbery more in the background or near water or in the ravines/gulches except for some cartpath borders and between the 1st tee and 18th green. I wish the tropical objects had better definition like some of the pines and deciduous trees we have so they don't look like such an amorphous mass at a couple of hundred yards, but no one ever did make a really good tropical libe. I wanted a kind of "paradise" feel instead of just a jungle, and the flowers and those few flowery trees were used quite a bit. I tried some of the colorful grass but it just didn't work out. Anyway, yah it's a woman's touch and I'm glad your girls like them! (I envy you having your family involved; my kids never were very interested.)

Quite beautiful.
Loved the textures and the colours across the course.
Got caught out by the green speed early on.
I will need a few visists to lower my course record to something respectable around here.
Lovely course.
