win 11

Post by tarheel »

my computer with windows 10 just decided to crash only a couple of days after getting the game to work. I have a Windows 11 computer. Is anyone running this on windows 11 with success?

Short answer, so far so good. Will keep posted. I installed to c:/golden bear challenge
Installed 3 .course files to test them and works great. (my 3 favorite classics, Carmel Point West, East, and Spyglass Hill)

Its working great! Played 5 rounds today and it distracted me from football. I gotta put the thing away tomorrow cause its NFL day! In any event, improving my skills

Windows is wanting to install version 22H2 as an optional update for 11. Anyone already done that? Does it in any way interfere with the smooth processes of JN6?

Because it is an optional upgrade, I have not installed it. I don't need any of the new features, so I plan to wait and let others be the WIN 11 guinea pigs. I like to see how others fare before I install any update that I don't really need.
