Course Plots Added

Now added to the utilities page:
I also added off of that page a Course Document Template by Yannick Trives and David Lurty's test library that will "help designers find any orphan textures or objects". Not sure exactly how the test library is used but it sounded worth grabbing and making available.
- The starting CC Park plot and finished course architect file with all 18 winning holes.
- The starting 9 Mile Bay plot (unfortunately I don't have the final course architect file for this one)
- DanO's UpState CC architect file
- Mark Huxford's "HuxsPlot", which I had a look at and looks really good
- fabita's "Eaglebrooke Land Plot" which was made for a contest
