Hole 13 – Ballyliffin (Glashedy)

Set on Donegal's Inishowen peninsula, Ballyliffin has only had a golf course since 1947. The Glashedy links was finished in 1995 and doesn't have a weak hole on it. The 13th is a monster of a hole and runs entirely uphill. Bunkers frame the fairway waiting for the poor drive and it's unlikely that your second shot will leave you with a view of the bottom of the pin. The green features three bunkers and is ever so slightly raised. This hole is one of the finest par 5's I have ever had the privelege of playing.
